Reltronics Technologies support packs come in multiples of five web-resource days, which are valid for a twelve-month period for the client to use as required. Support packs can be used for remote DBA support any day of the week including weekends and public holidays (subject to resource availability) at no extra charge. Note that a day is defined as eight-hours, however this can be used at any time of the day (including outside normal office hours). Minimum usage for any given task is 0.5 days off the resource pack allocation.
