.NET Lead Developer / Project Lead :
  • Computer graduate / postgraduate with a BS/MS
  • Minimum 5-7 years of total software development experience.
  • Good understanding of all Software Development Life Cycle Phases.
  • Understanding and proven experience building large scale N-tier applications.
  • 3+ years of experience as .NET Lead Developer / Project Lead / Team Lead.
  • 2+ years of enterprise level application development experience using Microsoft .NET Technologies and other cutting edge technologies.
  • Strong technical skills and hands on experience in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML/XSL, Web Services, .NET Remoting, Messaging, Threading, SQL Server 2000, OOP, and Stored procedures.
  • Good knowledge in Search / Query Techniques, Collaboration tools and Data Mining concepts.
  • Experience with SQL Server 2000 Reporting & Notification Services is a plus.
  • Web development (ASP, Java, HTML, DHTML and CSS) experience is a plus.
  • Performance tuning, code profiling, code review, hands on experience using Best Patterns and Practices.
  • Technical Knowledge (Architecture, Analysis, Design, Testing strategies).
  • Superior leadership skills overall responsibility for the project execution.

  Test Engineer / Lead Test Engineer:

  • BS/MS with 3-5 (TE) & 5-7 (LTE) years experience respectively in Manual & Automation Testing.
  • Able to develop test plans for complex features.
  • Create and implement process improvements.
  • Will have a technical specialty area and possess cross platform experience.
  • Must be able to recognize interdependencies and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Proven working knowledge of testing methods, tools, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, under tight deadlines, often with competing priorities and complexities.
  • Ability to prioritize along critical path and meet project milestones and deliverable dates.
  • Knowledgeable of software product or software application architecture.
  • Must possess awareness of competitive products.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft.NET Technologies, SQL Server 2000, Windows XP & Windows Server 2003.
  • Experience in GUI / Web Based Testing. Experience in Manual Test & Automated Testing Tools.
  • Test cases preparations & execution on Windows platform. Experience in GUI Standards & usability testing.
  • Ability to provide technical mentoring to team members.
  • Excellent Project Management Techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Quality Engineer / Lead Quality Engineer:

  • Promote quality and compliance, resolve manufacturing challenges, and achieve team objectives.
  • Investigate and resolve non-conforming materials, customer complaints, and critical process defects; use statistical tools to analyze data, make acceptance decisions, and improve process capability.
  • Lead cross-functional problem solving teams to identify the root or contributing causes for major process changes; subsequently identify and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Implement and sustain process monitoring and control mechanisms for critical-to-quality product/process characteristics.
  • 5+ years work experience. Previous experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated successful application of quality tools including Six Sigma, Lean, and statistics. Independent organization and prioritization of multiple tasks. Strong knowledge and previous
  • Application of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, FrontPage, Visio, Minitab, Applied Statistics, documentation control software, and material management software. Must be a strong, independent problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Electronics Technician / Security System Installers:

  • We are looking for a versatile individual who will have electrical and electronics technology knowledge.
  • The individual will install hardware at the customer site across the US and will be able to assist in deploying technologies that are related to automation and security.
  • As an Installer you are responsible for the installation and programming of both residential and commercial systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have Security Alarm experience, customer service skills, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
  • Verifying system performance. Establishes automation and security/fire alarm system by installing equipment; running and pulling wiring; programming and calibrating equipment; adhering to codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Verifies security/fire alarm system functioning by testing equipment, connections, and signals; identifying and correcting problems.
  • Documents installation procedures. Maintains customer rapport by resolving answering questions.
  • Travels within the metro area, and at times across the US, to install or service equipment in private residences and businesses.
  • Uses technical expertise to complete design and placement of electronic devices.
  • Utilizes company tools and equipment with caution and discretion to ensure cost effective and fully operational life protection systems.
  • Reports activity upon completion, gives status reports. Tracks and reports vehicle and job site inventory daily.
  • Qualifications:  Electrical and Electronics Technology knowledge. Security Alarm experience, customer service skills and a clean driving record.
  • Additional Info:  US Citizens and Permanent Resident.

Sales and Marketing Analyst:

  • Preferred candidates generally have 1-2 years experience in making sales calls, identifying leads, following up with customers, and making new customers, and a BS or MS in Marketing, Commerce.
  • Experience with direct marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing database systems.
  • Catalog experience. Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience using SAS, MS Access, Affinium, Web Focus, or any similar reporting tool, segmentation, query and reporting tools and with marketing analytics.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of relational database and statistical modeling.
  • Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to work with a team.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills that enable a balance with multiple analytical projects.

Administrative Assistant:

  • Preferred candidates are outgoing and energetic and savvy in front-office assistance while being capable of answering all calls and usually have a few experience in similar kind of responsibilities.
  • Performs a combination of the following duties according to departmental guidelines and assists management in the coordination of organizational administration activities
  • Assists with performance reviews, customer issues etc.
  • Assists within scope of authority and resolves problems and issues independently and proactively.
  • Prepares and distributes memos, and reports
  • Interfaces with internal and external customers regarding business unit administration issues and concerns.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, conferences, travel and maintains business calendar.
  • Prepares, processes and submits reports
  • Assists in timekeeping and other payroll/business operations processes

Accounting Specialist:

  • Preferred candidates have 1-2 years experience in general accounting, usually have a Commerce or accounting degree, and some also have knowledge of Quickbooks or other accounting software experience.
  • Prepares and analyzes monthly financial statements.
  • Caters to retaining full ownership and coordination of the statutory filings.
  • Gains knowledge of government stipulations & regulations
  • Provides monthly financial statement reporting
  • Maintains and ensures compliance with accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
  • Performs special projects.  Supports cost reduction & creates efficient work environment.
  • Strong communication skills
