can actively respond to alarms and emergencies and summon the appropriate help when

Central Station Monitoring is a cost-effective solution to having a premise monitored
regardless whether the premise is a residence or a commercial establishment.
A typical scenario is that in an appropriately built alarm system, when an alarm
goes off, the Central Station will be notified about the incidence and where the
break-in has occurred; Central Station personnel then quickly respond and obtain
appropriate help to the location. Help can be in the form of an Ambulance,
Police patrol, Fire Truck, etc and the determination is made by personnel utilizing
appropriate and validated checklists and approved protocols.
