Systems Engineer/Analyst

Reltronics Technologies is looking for a Systems Engineer/Analyst who can assist in coordinating effort in developing and deploying state-of-the-art embedded systems.

Reltronics Technologies integrates systems which involve technologies such as critical condition monitoring, intrusion, access control, fire protection, RFID, data encryption, closed circuit television (CCTV), and electronic article surveillance (EAS) systems.

Reltronics Technologies is certified by the New York State Department of State to install, service, and maintain security or fire alarm systems (Lic#12000272208).

Responsibilities of a Systems Engineer/Analyst:
The Systems Engineer will coordinate software and systems development and systems integration of Reltronics Technologies’ SmartInstrument for various applications including active GPS tracking and RFID integration.  The engineer will also be responsible to install RFID security and tracking systems.  The engineer will coordinate with off-shore development teams to ascertain that all development is completed in a timely manner and to assure business continuity.

Qualification of a Systems Engineer/Analyst:
The engineer will have an associate degree in electronics engineering or a BS or an MS in electrical engineering with an attitude of quickly learning the Microsoft software development (.Net and C#) environment.  The engineer will not be required to write any code but will be trained to coordinate with other offshore software development teams.  The position will evolve into a Project Leader/Manager and the engineer should be adept in leading teams to project completions, deployment, and maintenance.

.NET Lead Developer / Project Lead:

1. Computer graduate / postgraduate with a BS/MS

2. Minimum 5-7 years of total software development experience.

3. Good understanding of all Software Development Life Cycle Phases.

4. Understanding and proven experience building large scale N-tier applications.

5. 3+ years of experience as .NET Lead Developer / Project Lead / Team Lead.

6. 2+ years of enterprise level application development experience using Microsoft .NET Technologies and other cutting edge technologies.

7. Strong technical skills and hands on experience in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML/XSL, Web Services, .NET Remoting, Messaging, Threading, SQL Server 2000, OOP, and Stored procedures.

8. Good knowledge in Search / Query Techniques, Collaboration tools and Data Mining concepts.

9. Experience with SQL Server 2000 Reporting & Notification Services is a plus.

10. Web development (ASP, Java, HTML, DHTML and CSS) experience is a plus.

11. Performance tuning, code profiling, code review, hands on experience using Best Patterns and Practices.

12. Technical Knowledge (Architecture, Analysis, Design, Testing strategies).

13. Superior leadership skills overall responsibility for the project execution.

14. Project Risk Management (Identification, Tracking, prevention / handling).

15. You should possess solid relationship-building skills, strong problem-solving capabilities and entrepreneurial drive.

16. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in diverse and fast-paced team environment.

Quality Engineer / Lead Quality Engineer:

1. Promote quality and compliance, resolve manufacturing challenges, and achieve team objectives.

2. Investigate and resolve non-conforming materials, customer complaints, and critical process defects; use statistical tools to analyze data, make acceptance decisions, and improve process capability.

3. Lead cross-functional problem solving teams to identify the root or contributing causes for major process changes; subsequently identify and implement corrective and preventive actions.

4. Implement and sustain process monitoring and control mechanisms for critical-to-quality product/process characteristics.

5. 5+ years work experience. Previous experience in pharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing.

6. Demonstrated successful application of quality tools including Six Sigma, Lean, and statistics. Independent organization and prioritization of multiple tasks. Strong knowledge and previous

7. Application of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, FrontPage, Visio, Minitab, Applied Statistics, documentation control software, and material management software. Must be a strong, independent problem solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales and Marketing Analyst:

1. Preferred candidates generally have 1-2 years experience in making sales calls, identifying leads, following up with customers, and making new customers, and a BS or MS in Marketing, Commerce.

2. Experience with direct marketing.

3. 2+ years of experience in marketing database systems.

4. Catalog experience. Proficiency in Excel.

5. Experience using SAS, MS Access, Affinium, Web Focus, or any similar reporting tool, segmentation, query and reporting tools and with marketing analytics.

6. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.

7. Knowledge of relational database and statistical modeling.

8. Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and be able to work with a team.

9. Strong multi-tasking skills that enable a balance with multiple analytical projects.

Sales Manager
